Rangitahi is a unique, master planned residential development located on the Rangitahi Peninsula within the Raglan/Whaingaroa Harbour. The vision for the Rangitahi development is based upon implementation of best practice urban design and environmentally sensitive engineering design principles to both create a unique living space for residents which integrates with the surrounding environment while managing any potential adverse environmental effects.

Studio Wainui has been involved in the Rangitahi development since its commencement in 2018, initially in an advisory role for implementation of best practice erosion and sediment control during the Stage 1 earthworks and then in 2021, becoming the lead development consultant responsible for all engineering, planning and construction management aspects of the development. In this role we have successfully delivered the design, consenting and construction supervision for four stages of the development to date and maintain an ongoing role in planned future stages.
