Studio Wainui has played a pivotal role in the initiation and progression of the proposed industrial development. The primary focus has been on delivering a comprehensive detailed engineering design that encompasses critical aspects such as Earthworks, Roads, Pipe Reticulation, and the design of a Stormwater Wetland.

Powells Road Industrial Development is situated within the Ruakura Structure Plan Area on the Eastern side of Hamilton. The development consists of 46 industrial lots, ranging from 1000m² to 5500m² and is connected to the southern end of Webb Drive.
